| [WASHINGTONTIMES] The producer of a new movie that criticizes Obamacare ... aka the Affordable Care Act, an ineptly designed and worse executed piece of legislation designed to bring 17 percent of the U.S. economy under the direct control of the government. The previous iteration, known as Hillarycare, was laughed out of Washington. This stinker was passed on a party-line vote without being read... has reportedly become the latest prominent conservative slapped with an IRS ...the Internal Revenue Service; that office of the United States government that collects taxes and persecutes the regime's political enemies... audit. |

| #9 In the video, he says the IRS is demanding a "ridiculously long list" of documents, including "a detailed description of all transactions related to all prior year returns and supporting documentation." Beyond bank statements and cancelled checks, the IRS has little reason to request a) other records and b) audit past the three year mark. Per the IRS Manual (4.10.3.2.6), he has (and should exercise) the right to record all interviews. |
