If the "they" are ISIS, I agree with Kelley; if not I would say he is full of it. We created these maniacs? I don't think so. This was more a product of the mosques, Wahhabism and interpretation of the Koran. |

| #3 To a degree, Kelly is right in saying ISIL is our creation - their fighting style and ability shows that some of them were the ones who showed up to class and paid attention when we were training the new Iraqi military. They just didn't stick around after we left. |
