#11 I'm sure there are hundreds of (jailhouse*) Muslim lawyers out there. Few if any with accreditation paperwork, but certainly a large number available. * similar to barracks lawyers. |

#9 Judging by his book'em photo, I'd say he has already got off. State Question 755, IIUC was to prevent any parallel law system, including International and Sharia, from overriding the laws of the State of Oklahoma, other than USA Federal Laws. |

#1 So Miranda requires an attorney be appointed, but doesn't address religious affiliation. Will that be the first act in this sideshow, getting a fellow Muslim as the mouthpiece? And wouldn't that violate the church/state separation thingy if the att'y was appointed? |
