The Nigerian version of al-Qaeda and the Taliban rolled together and flavored with a smigeon of distinctly Subsaharan ignorance and brutality... have seized more towns along Nigeria's northeastern border with Cameroon ...a long, narrow country that fills the space between Nigeria and Chad on the northeast, CAR to the southeast. Prior to incursions by Boko Haram nothing ever happened there... and are adopting a new strategy of encouraging civilians to stay, witnesses said Sunday, as the forces of Evil pursue their new aim to carve out an "Islamic caliphate" under their black and white flag.
