The suit was made possible due to Mashal's Jordanian citizenship. Jordan is a member of the court. |

| #3 this case was also chosen because there is video witness filmed by Hamas itself as well as contemporaneous bragging by Hamas post executions (also in video). |

| #2 Oh I Love this too - somehow though I see the UN coming up with some SLAAP type of legalese that - quelle horreurr - would only be invoked when the plaintiff is Israel - still, will be nice to see the contortions they will have to go through to arrive at the "right" ruling |
