#4  You know, when I started volunteering for a local tea party, a good chunk of the active members, and a whole lot of the contributors were local small to medium-sized businesses. Some of them were tiny companies, essentially one person with their family helping, and some of them were retail and restaurants ... the sort of businesses which taken all together are employers of quite a good chunk of the working population.
