| UN pulls staff from Libya |

| [MAGHAREBIA] The United Nations ...aka the Oyster Bay Chowder and Marching Society... Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) is in the process of pulling staff members from the country. The decision to withdraw several dozen people from multiple departments was prompted by deteriorating security conditions, UNSMIL front man Samir Ghattas told Libya Herald on Wednesday (July 9th). In other news Wednesday, two people were killed by unknown assailants in Benghazi. Former revolutionary and well-known political activist Khalifa Hamed Al-Maghrabi, known as "Chico", was rubbed out in Sidi Hussein. |
