[Iran Press TV] Ukrainian army has fired artillery into residential regions of Luhansk and left power stations damaged.The attack happened on Friday night and cut off power supplies in the eastern parts of Luhansk.
"As a result of damage done to a high-voltage transmission line, the residents of the Zhovtnevy district were disconnected from power supplies," the press service of the Luhansk Town Hall said.
