| MI Judge Postpones Custody Hearing for Deployed Sailor |

 A deployed U.S. sailor faced the prospect of losing custody of his daughter because he could not appear at a hearing today. The judge in the case has now ordered a delay, saying she didn't know Matthew Hindes is deployed in the Pacific Ocean.Oh Really? He filed for a delay which she denied. Apparently she isn't even reading the briefs filed in her court. Or else she is simply lying to cover her ass. That's not necessarily an "or" situation... |

| #5 She is lying. She shouldn't be a judge. And the only thing she is sorry about is that she was caught being an asshat. The judiciary is getting stupider by the year. |

| #4 If she's lying, she doesn't need to be a judge. If she isn't lying, then she didn't read all the paperwork, and she doesn't need to be a judge. And she probably votes, too. |

| #3 I looked up the phone number of the court, called the Judge's court clerk last week who referred me to voice mail. I called back and said I was not leaving a voice mail to tell the Judge to step down right now. I hope I was just one of many to bother calling. |
