#5 This is not a good map. If the maps thus far posted are inadequate, Geographer, it would be lovely if you would find us a better open source one. I happened across this in my internet wanderings, but freely admit this is not a subject on which I can claim any expertise whatsoever. |

#3 The map shows no gains in Kurdish control since the crisis began. It does not even indicate that Kirkuk is now under the Peshmerga. This is not a good map. |
