Captured key Benghazi suspect will face U.S. criminal courts |

![]() Libyan militia leader Ahmed Abu Khatallah was captured over the weekend near Benghazi, U.S. officials said. His is the first arrest and detention by the United States in connection with the Benghazi attack. Abu Khatallah will be brought to the United States to face charges "in the coming days," said Edward Price, a front man for the National Security Council.
