| Visa and MasterCard fear new Russian credit card |

| h/t Gates of Vienna Russian president Putin is preparing to issue a Russian credit card in response to EU and US sanctions over the Crimea crisis, reports Spiegel. Visa and MasterCard, the two big US credit card companies, have warned their earnings in Russia may be hit. One wonders if Chinese would be interested? |
