[Shabelle] The governor of the Bakool regional administration for the Somali Federal Government Mohammed Abdi Talla, featured in an interview with the BBC Somali Service and claimed that there is a humanitarian crisis with insufficient quantity of food to feed the displaced population in the Bakool region.

The governor explained that the lack of provisions in Bakool is due to the blockages of the main roads by the Al-Shabaab

terrorist bully boys. After the forces of Evil were liberated from a string of towns in the region, Al-Shabaab showed their resistance by disallowing trucks and vehicles carrying rations to enter through the main borders of Bakool.

Mission in Somalia (AMISOM) and Somali National Army to wipe out Al-Shabaab in Bakool continue, despite the fact they were unable to remove the roadblocks dumped by the Al-Qaeda affiliated Islamist gunnies hindering thousands of access to food supplies.

Talla calls on the Somali Federal Government to take immediate action and provide the IDP's with adequate supply of food and other emergency aid.
