#7 I read somewhere yesterday that the Germans and the Dutch were paying Microsoft $$$$ to keep supporting their varieties of XP. My wife has Windows 7 on her laptop, and Timmy has Windows 8 on his. I much prefer the XP on my computer, but will probably have to switch when I upgrade boxes. XP may not be as dead as most people believe |

#4 Yeah, Ima with you thar GB, time to install XP Service Pack 3 for sure. :) I am living dangerously, still around 90 XP computers on the network that can't be upgraded and bitchery will keep them in place. I look for a weird XP zombie virili to break out any day. |

#1 I would like to thank all the people, BrerRabbit, for his concern about my well being. I'm fine but tired. I seem to have reached a temporary perfect storm, upgrading clients XP computers, converting clients to a new Medical Billing form (smells like ObamaCare) and income taxes. When I've had the DGS ready to go the RD-S&T-P has missed publication and other times when it has gone to press I've missed my deadline. I'm sure Fred also has his hands full. We'll get it together. BrerRabbit, I hope today's offering will be "uplifting and affirming" for you. Take care of that hand. |
