#1  Well, during the latest Gulf War, our people encountered GPS jammers, still sitting in a warehouse, unused. Saddam apparently expected more warning that the show was starting. Drones are likewise susceptible to zone jamming and EMP hits. It's all a matter of how hardened the circuitry is, and how many trapdoors the Chinese chip foundry we're getting them from has built in.
