| Shaboobs retreat from GalgaduudÂ’s Ceel-Buur district |

| Al Shabaab recently began to retreat from territories and districts in some of the countryÂ’s regions. The individuals who inhabit some of the locale, spoke to Radio Shabelle in Mogadishu and informed them that Al-Shabaab moved their property from Ceel-Buur district in Galgaduud region after Shabelle Radio confirmed with another news station in the vicinity. Al-Shabaab displaced themselves to a different place after they fled Bay, Bakool & Galgaduud regions, and today transfered their belongings somewhere else after Ethiopian troops are rumoured to be advancing in some of GalgaduudÂ’s districts. Officials from the Somali government spoke to Radio Shabelle and said that Ceel-Buur district has been wiped clean of Al-Shabaab after dreading assaults from Ethiopian troops serving under the African UnionÂ’s AMISOM mandate to work against combating Al-Shabaab. |
