| 16 MB supporters imprisoned in Beni Suef |

| [Egypt Independent] Sixteen Moslem Brüderbund supporters were sent to four days imprisonment pending investigation in Ben Suef for holding a demonstration without a permit. The defendants also face the charges of assemblng without permission and possession of Molotov cocktails and fireworks during the demonstration. The Moslem Brüderbund supporters staged the demonstration in Wasta City of Beni Suef without obtaining prior permission. The demo was dispersed by army forces using teargas. |
