| Reports: Second Blast In Russian City Kills 10 On Trolleybus |

| [Ynet] At least 10 people were killed when an kaboom destroyed a trolleybus in the second deadly blast in the Russian city of Volgograd in two days, the Interfax news agency reported, citing law enforcement officials. The kaboom came a day after a jacket wallah killed at least 17 people in the main railway station of the southern Russian city 40 days before Russia is to hold the Winter Olympics in the Black Sea resort city of Sochi. |

| #6 What would Stalin do? Have the head of the NKVD send him a list of likely suspects, then mark most of the names on the list "BMH" (vmn) (to be killed) The rest of the region's population would be deported to the far eastern provinces. Or starved to death, like the Ukrainians. |
