| Ten Charged with Forming Armed Groups in Tripoli, Army Arrests 21 Others |

| [An Nahar] Ten people have been charged on Tuesday with forming gangs in the northern city of Tripoli ...a confusing city, one end of which is located in Lebanon and the other end of which is the capital of Libya. At least ten people were killed and 40 maimed in the latest round of fighting that broke out on Saturday. |
