| #5 The NSA just nicked/borrowed a key-value "database" and scaled it up a lot. If you had control of the routers and the budget you could probably do it too. Fighting through the constant contradiction involved in state treatment rationing schemes, now that's hard. |

| #4 NSA can build a computer system that snoops on all Americans and some foreigners in real-time but HHS can't build a healthcare website that works? Maybe people don't want or trust Obamacare (or Obama) is the reason why Americans are not signing up en masse? |
