'Peace unlikely without talks with the Taliban'

#2  I suggest a three stage approach,

1. Invite the Taliban to talk.
2 Be sure that they are who they sy they are.
3.Question them for close friends, and fellow Imams, then KIll them, and their Imams.
4. Talks over.
