| #7 The assumption is that the 'negotiations' are anywhere near happening. If Issa 'leaked' the 'negotiations' it puts Lerner in a prisoner's dilemma situation. The White House can't be sure she isn't talking. Given the past record of the White House, Lerner can't be sure the White House believes her if she says she's not cooperating. Given Benghazi, who'd trust the people in the White House? |

| #2 If she's convicted of a felony does she still get her pension? If so there might be some justice because even if she's convicted Obama will pardon her just before he leaves office. It seems to me the problem with immunity would be making sure that her testimony would lead to convictions higher up in the food chain. |
