| [An Nahar] A Bahraini court sentenced a U.S. citizen of Arab origin to 10 years in prison Tuesday for attempting to murder coppers last year, his lawyer said. Taqi al-Meydan, 25, was also convicted of burning a police vehicle and taking part in a street protest, said Mohammed al-Jishi. The court also tossed in the clink Drop the heater, Studs, or you're hist'try! two other defendants for 10 years on similar charges.
