#9 It doesn't matter how the people in the states vote in any kind of a referendum. The people, the voters, have no standing in the Supreme Court. They're just the people, doncha know. They have no standing. |

#7 And now we have 'Thought Police'. Disagreeing with homosexual marriage is not discrimination. - Neither is saying you disagree. It may be against the policy - but it is not discrimination. Now refusing something based on this disagreement might be discrimination. |
