Havana, Jul 24 The delegations of the Colombian government and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia-People''s Army (FARC-EP will begin a new cycle of talks on 28 July in this capital. Both sides announced in a joint statement, released at the end of the last cycle, that they will resume the dialogue on July 22, but later agreed a new date.After the exchange of proposals on the second agenda item concerning political participation, both delegations worked separately to further address the first sub-item, according to the news report.
