QUETTA: Two people were gunned and two others received serious wounds in separate firing incidents in Kech and Kalat districts of Balochistan on Wednesday.According to sources, unidentified armed men kidnapped a person, identified as Ali Ahmed Bizenjo, from Pidark area of Turbat on the night between Tuesday and Wednesday. The kidnappers later shot Ali Ahmed dead and threw his body near a drain. However, motive behind the murder could not be ascertained.
Sources said that Ali Ahmed was brother of Sardar Aziz Bizenjo, a leader of Balochistan National Party (Awami), and he was in his friend's house when he was kidnapped.
The local administration registered a case into the incident and started investigation.
Separately, a man was killed and two others received injuries in a firing incident in Surab area of Kalat district. The deceased and injured were shifted to a nearby hospital. However, identity of the victims could not be ascertained until the filing of this report.
