| Hyper stimulation, shrinking markets, excess capacity are looming problems in China. China cannot sell all that it produces. Inflation is increasing and growth decreasing. | #4 China cannot sell all that it produces. Then just throw it away (what they've been doing, for practical purposes). Or convert to producing war materials, and 'consume' them in a war someplace (what the world did 1939-45). Or make lots of babies again to increase consumption. |
