We Changed Our Lives
2013-06-05
h/t Gates of Vienna
Somebody or something woke us up. We changed our lives without really understanding how this happened. It could have been a book or some newspaper articles. It could have been blogs on the Internet. It could have been many years’ observations and slowly growing insights — pieces of a puzzle that suddenly fell into place.

We werenÂ’t the ones who changed our lives. In secrecy our politicians changed our lives. Without ever being asked about our opinion, we were forced into a society of multiculture and extreme mass immigration which has never functioned anywhere or anytime. Like guinea pigs we were thrown into a gigantic social and demographic laboratory experiment without any possibility of getting away. We were told that we were supposed to feel enriched. Otherwise we were racists.

#9  So I have a drink and go sit on the patio. It's nice out there. Posted by Ebbang Uluque6305

Never too early [or late] for sundowners on the patio.

#7  We exiled ourselves inwards. We cancelled all our newspaper subscriptions. We stopped listening to the radio and stopped watching television. For a long time we tried at least to listen to and watch the news. But finally we couldnÂ’t manage to. We couldnÂ’t stand hearing the lies. It became more and more clear that the journalistsÂ’ main ambition wasnÂ’t to tell the truth but to hide it.

Wow. She just nailed the way I feel. It's kinda depressing, you know, when you can't sit down and watch the evening news anymore. Everyone in your family is watching. Everybody, everywhere is watching and then they read that newspaper full of lies too. So I have a drink and go sit on the patio. It's nice out there.

#5  Actually you do not want a Special Prosecutor.

Not a lawyer, but from my understanding, one advantage of a Special Prosecutor is he can offer immunity for testimony. Gets around that "I did nothing wrong but I'm taking the Fifth" stuff and makes it easier to flip low-level players.

#4  Actually you do not want a Special Prosecutor. Congress gets around to it faster. Don't drag this out please.

#3  The Swedes are feeling like they are in pissing into the wind? It feels like that in the U.S. too.

#2  The role of the citizen in participating in the Republic has been diminished tremendously during the last years. The arrogance shown as the result of the IRS hearings is astounding. Like Obamacare, the statement was made to the people: "We are going to pass this legislation whether or not you want it by damn." You don't have to read it--it doesn't matter. We will pass it with raw power." It is obvious, this administration wielded the IRS as a tool to beat down enemies who would oppose the last election. The effects were chilling on these conservative groups and supporters. Its time for a special prosecutor--and not some damn political hack.
