| #1 She may actually believe that statement in far as in a very politicized system and environment such actions for the 'Party' out weigh undermining the legitimacy of the very structure of government it operates in. An old, since superseded, Army reg on ethics had a line that stuck with me - Not only is the act, but the appearance of the act is unacceptable. |
