| #2 I really hope this goes all the way followed by them allowing concealed carry on campus. My wife and I both feel like she'd be better protected armed. She's been glad to have cops taking her glasses but you can't always count on that. |

| #1 When I was in high school in Texas in a very small farm and ranch community, there were easily 200-300 weapons in the parking lot at our small high school. Every pickup truck had at least a .30-.30, a 12 ga shotgun and a .22 rifle plus usually a .357 mag or a .45 pistol in the glove compartment for snakes and such. Nothing new here. I doubt we would have ever had a school shooting because the kids would have outgunned most any armed assailants. |
