#9 As per CNN + CNBC, it looks like the legal defense of these three boyz + Brothers Tsarnaev can be summed up as they were just simple, beer-n-pizza fun-loving College Boyz whom came up wid the idea of making their own fireworks-n-only-fireworks for the Boston Marathon after coming back from one or more late-nite frat party(s). SOMEWHERE BETWEEN "PORKY'S', "SPRING BREAK", "ANIMAL HOUSE", ... ...@ETC. + "JERSEY SHORE", + A GOOD DOSE OF "REDS"??? D *** NG IT, WAS IT OVER WHEN THE GERMANS BOMBED PEARL HARBOR ... ... ... AND IT TAINT OVER NOW!? |

#8 oh, so much more clever than the infidels Sounds like they could have been 'progressives' with just a slight adjustment. |

#7 I agree, Barbara. They simply thought they were oh, so much more clever than the infidels. |

#6 "why didn't the brothers have a better escape plan?" Because they didn't think they'd be identified and caught? |

#5 What I want to know is this: why didn't the brothers have a better escape plan? They're amateurs? A little training, perhaps, but still amateurs. And, I think escape plans are unusual in these cases. None of the "spontaneous" jihadis I can think of appeared to have any planning beyond "start killing and keep going until I can't". (Heck, Mohammed Salameh's escape plan in the '93 WTC attack required everyone else in the plan be absolutely trustworthy. He learned too late that wasn't true, and had to resort to trying to get the deposit back on the bomb van.) |

#4 "Well, Clever_Pink_Note..." Dammit, I said it's salmon! /Dr. White ;-p |

#3 Well, Clever_Pink_Note...I really suspect their offshore keepers did not plan in depth for an escape. Nor do I thing these 2 or 5 were meticulous bomb planners. These are the remote robot hands(R2H) of other players. |

#1 Key word: "after". In the manner of, "Look....squirrel!" If things go on that direction it distracts from the real problem, which is what came before the bombing. But stressing that would undermine the "GM is alive and OBL is dead" narrative that the Dear Leader and his party cherish so much. |
