| Blast in Peshawar injures three |

| [Dawn] At least three people including a woman were maimed in a kaboom in Beautiful Downtown Peshawar ...capital of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (formerly known as the North-West Frontier Province), administrative and economic hub for the Federally Administered Tribal Areas of Pakistan. According to police sources, kaboom was placed inside the house of Amjab contractor which went kaboom!causing injuries to the inmates of the house. the nature or intensity of the blast could not be ascertained till the filing of this report. Later, police cordoned off the area and started an investigation into the attack as the injured were shifted to the Lady Reading Hospital.
