| #1 FDR was the first US president who did not feel constrained by the Constitution. All presidents since have followed this lead. For 80 years, the Constitution has been a historical anachronism. So while it certainly does prohibit things like Sharia, as a practical matter Sharia will have to be opposed on the ground. |
