#5 You don't create peace in the ME from a position of weakness. The soft approach to Libya and Egypt, the use of drones instead of force of arms, and the nonsense about Israel do not breed an environment conducive to negotiations. You have to stick a knife in the table and slap them around if you want the Moslems to agree to anything. I'd start with carpet bombing Wardak and the Tribal Territories. |
