KSM is a confessed murderer and terrorist. This should not take years to adjudicate.

#1  IIUC, their Lawyers are demanding that Gitmo + other CIA Prisons used per the GWOT N-O-T be closed down just yet, + instead be preserved as direct or formal evidence of anti-Islam/Muslim, pro-Zionist Crusader imperialist abuse + malices aforethought by the US Govt-CIA + aligned.
