Fifteen people were killed in a series of bomb blasts in Iraq.An Iraqi provincial health official said at least 11 Shiite pilgrims died when two car bombs exploded near Dujail, 50 miles north of Baghdad, as they were heading to a shrine in the town of Samarra. Raed Ibrahim, head of the Salahuddin provincial health directorate, said more than 60 others were wounded.
Earlier, another car bomb killed another four Shiite pilgrims as they were traveling to shrines in the south of the country.
