Tell the victims to put up the lot for collateral and borrow the money locally for their rebuild. If that's a non-starter, sell the lot and buy a nice place in another democratic state like Ohio. We're broke and I've got my own homeowners insurance to pay for! The United States will have to go to China to borrow that much dough. My answer is no, and don't plan on moving to Georgia either!

Sorry Ninglanders, but this gets approved, 1/2 disappears into a commitee needing an additional $60B to make reconstruction meet green requirements, and the other 1/2 simply disappears into the graftdrain.
