| #1 So if 'no Sailors' witnessed the burial, yet the proceedings were known to a small group of leaders, does that mean that another branch of the Armed Forces did all the work, or does the AP think Officers are not Sailors? somehow i do not think that the board was flipped by a LTjg, or a LT, but rahter some sworn to secrecy white hat did it. |
