In state tuition considered for illegals but not veterans |

Its well past time that state institutions justify their existence on the public purse. Many originated as A&Ms, agricultural and mechanical, over a century ago to provide practical skills to the state and community. Today that would be Application and Medical, and leave the esoteric stuff and functional professional athletic farm teams for the private colleges. |
