Chavez names his foreign minister as new VP

[Daily Nation (Kenya)] Just days after winning a tough re-election battle, Venezuelan His Excellency President-for-Life, Caudillo of the Bolivarians Hugo Chavez named his foreign minister Nicolas Maduro as his new vice president Wednesday.
