IOW THE REAL ENEMY IS NOT "THE ENEMY" PER SE, BUT HIS OWN SIDE - BUREAUCRATS, LEGALISTS, + ASSORTED POLITICAL, ETC. "PASS-THE-BUCK/BLAME" PAPER + GOVT-CRITTERS WHOM ARE MORE INTERESTED IN LOOKING INNOCENT THAN SOLVING A PROB OR DOING THEIR JOB DESCRIPTION. Between Bad Guyz + Girl Scouts selling cookies, clearly the problem is the Scouts/Cookies. I can relate. |
