| #4 Libya has oil. Why do you think the Euros were so interested in the place? And Col. Khadaffy openly threatened to send on the hordes of Africans who wanted to settle in Europe. It was that threat which galvanized the forced regime change. |

| #2 Totten's off on this one. As P2k points out, Libya has oil. Manage the country and the oil responsibly and they don't need aid, they can pay for whatever they need. |
