 in La Belle France on suspicion of plotting to behead the editor of the satirical journal Charlie Hebdo, which ran caricatures mocking the Mohammedan Prophet Muhammad earlier this week.

Several knives have been found in the teen suspect's home, and he is said to have posted a call to behead the editor on a jihadist website.
