#3 Prof. Warren has a problem. She had (until 2 weeks ago) a license to practice law in New Jersey. For federal court purposes, that may have been sufficient even if she was practicing from her Harvard office. But according to Prof. Jacobson, the state of Massachusetts may see it differently, particularly if she had any in-state clients. We'll see if the local press picks up on this. |
