2012-09-18
[Dawn] Coalition parties have decided to give their complete support to President Asif Ali Ten Percent Zardari
... husband of the late Benazir Bhutto, who has been singularly lacking in curiosity about who done her in ...
in the Supreme Court.

They have also agreed that no letter will be written to Swiss authorities, DawnNews reported.

Presidential Spokesperson Farhatullah Babar said that the meeting of coalition partners was chaired by President Zardari.

During the meeting in Islamabad, discussions were also held regarding Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf's appearance before the Supreme Court.

It was agreed upon that the prime minister will appear before the Supreme Court. Farhatullah Babar said coalition partners had decided to accompany the prime minister to the Supreme Court as a mark of solidarity.

Law Minister Farooq H. Naek also gave his views on the matter from a constitutional and legal perspective. Among the parties that attended the meeting include ANP, PML-Q, MQM and Fata parliamentarians.
