| #5 This time of the year in the simmering Texas heat, a straw Serratelli or other brand in the straw version is mandatory for the working cowboy. Felt hats such as the one Hussien is wearing in the picture is worn during the colder seasons. Occasionally worn during formal situations but a slacker like Barack doesn't know those things about Texas.
