#8  Paradoxical Quote of The Day (allegedly) From Ben Stein:

"Fathom the hypocrisy of a government that requires every citizen to prove they are insured... but not everyone must prove they are a citizen."

Now add this, "Many of those who refuse, or are unable, to prove they are citizens will receive free insurance paid for by those who are forced to buy insurance because they are citizens."

#7  Meh... I don't shop at either company. Heard to many horror stories from people that had them.

Have had State Farm for 26 years and they have been great.

#3  They got rid of the Gunney?

Yeah, I'll stick with USAA, thank you. They do a great job at a phenomenal price and are very Vet-friendly.

#2  Just another reason. Progressive lives up to its cousin's political name. Their rationale is that they didn't defend the accused, but were a third party in the case trying to put the blame on the victim for the accident in order to protect their assets against the family. "It's not mandate, it's a tax."

#1  so - don't patronize Progressive or Geico
