... the worst president ever. Maybe the second worst. The votes aren't all in yet...
 won't be coming to Charlotte but he'll speak to Democratic convention delegates by video on the event's first night.

Officials said this morning that Carter will speak in prime time on Tuesday night, Sept. 4.

"Rosalynn and I regret that we will be unable to be at the Democratic Convention this year in Charlotte," Carter, 87, said in a statement. "However,
by candlelight every wench is handsome...
 we remain steadfast in our support for President B.O. and the progress he will make in the next four years."
