"Terrorist groups based in Pakistain's northern Waziristan and Miranshah region including Al-Qaeda and Haqqani networks are trying insecure Tajikistan using Tajik and Uzbek bully boys." Taheri told news hounds in Kabul adding that the Orcs and similar vermin are receiving trainings in Pakistain by Pak instructors.
Mr Taheri warned that insurgency and insecurity in Afghanistan harms stability in the region particularly in south and central Asia.
