NATO: 4 international troops killed in Afghanistan |

![]() The military coalition says the attack happened on Saturday. It did not provide further details. Taliban spokesman Zabiullah Mujahid claimed responsibility for the attack in an email, saying that a suicide bomber attacked the troops in Kapisa province. The majority of troops in Kapisa province are French, but there are also other nations with forces there, including the United States. UKPA reports the boomer was wearing a burka. |

#2 France speeds up Afghan pull out French President Francois Hollande said France would pay a "national homage" to the men killed in a Taliban suicide attack in eastern Afghanistan yesterday and that the five other wounded would be repatriated rapidly. The withdrawal of French troops from Afghanistan was one of Mr Hollande's presidential electoral promises. It "will begin in the month of July, will be carried out and be completed at the end of 2012," he said. |
